Hello, As Pastor of The Grace Place Church, I want to welcome you to our Website. When meeting other Christians in our community, I am asked most often “What kind of church are yall?” And my response is that we are a conservative, fundamental, Bible believing church. Our Articles of Faith are based on the beliefs set forth in the 1689 London Confession of Faith, when many church leaders of that time came together to confirm what Jude v 3 exhorts us to do in “earnestly contending for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.” This was in reference to what the inspired and inerrant word of God plainly tells us concerning our Salvation.
It is very evident to us that the perversion of that original Faith once delivered is now more prevalent than ever in our world. But we at the Grace Place are committed in our belief of what God’s word has plainly declared in Ephesians 2 v 8 “by Grace are ye saved, through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God; v 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.”
